Great results, a little messy

This does an awesome job of making my skin look and feel soft, smooth and evenly toned. I love using it, I love the results the only complaint I have is that it's a bit messy to remove, but well worth the effort. I do use a makeup sponge to remove it--NOT my washcloth that matches my towels. I expect it will leave some discoloration so a special sponge or cloth for removing it is recommended. Once a week also makes my makeup look a lot better since my skin is nicer underneath.

Great mud mask

The product doesn't have much fragrance which is great, it was easy to apply and I could feel it working within a few minutes of putting it on. Once washed it off, my face felt cleaner and more hydrated. I tend to have dry and sensitive skin and enjoyed this mask.

Easy to use

I did not find this mask to be too runny, as some reviews have said, though I do think it needed to be stirred up a little bit. However, once I started stirring it up I found it to be a little too fun to play in; like childhood memories of playing in the mud. Once I remembered I actually opened the container for a reason, it was easy to use. It spreads on really easily and goes on feeling really cool. It seems to dry pretty quickly if you don't apply it too thick (which you really don't need to do). It also seemed to wash off pretty easily for the most part. I do feel like my skin feels really dry after use though. I definitely want to apply a moisturizer pretty quickly after I use this, which it does tell you to do. It says to let it stay on for 15-20 minutes. I go for the lower end of that time frame due to the dry feeling. For me, I feel like it is good to wash off as soon as it dries, even if I don't quite hit the 15 minute mark. It is a fun experience and I enjoy it, but I don't think I notice any extreme benefits from using it. It says to use it 1-2 times a week, but I prefer it more as an occasional treatment.

This review is for 8 ounces of Premium Taza Natural Dead Sea Mud Mask. When I opened the box, the mask had leaked out of the jar, not a big deal, but it was wet. Mud masks clean your skin, pores, tightens and tone your skin and I was excited to try it out. This mud mask contains so many good things that are good for your skinShea Butter: replenishes and protects the skin’s moisture barrierVitamin E: reduces the look and appearance of wrinklesGlycerin: a humectant, that attracts moisture in the air to hydrate your skinGrapeseed: Oil which cleanses blemish-prone skin, tones and moisturizes the skin, and diminishes the look or the signs of agingPapaya Extract: which has Vitamin A and CVitamin A: is a natural exfoliant that repairs dry skinVitamin C: is an antioxidant with wonderful proteins which benefit of smoother skinsIt smells good, is very smooth when putting it on. I’d read in other reviews that the product was watery. I found that it had to be stirred, stirred again and then stirred again and it was finally ready to put on. After stirring it was quite thick and took a little longer than expected to dry. When all was said and done when I washed it off my skin felt soooooo smooooth. I’m liking this product and with continued use I’m hoping it will work a little magic on my smile lines 😊

Like a scummy, dried, green and brown creek bed on a hot day

How old is this stuff?? No expire or best by date to be found, but the label was really worn and the product was drying out. In fact, it had receded about 1/4" from around the jar's inside. Plus, there was no inner seal--at least not one stuck to the jar, maybe it is up in the cap. Here I was, saving this for a time when I could take my time, relax and enjoy a nice mud mask. I unscrewed the cap and heard the sound of grit grinding in the threads of the jar. I looked under the lid and it looked like a dried, green and brown creek bed on a hot day. Yuk! Smelled like it too. Dark brown layer on top with green/brown underneath.
