Excellent quality and value

Almost every seller now regularly requests five star rating, whether they've done anything to deserve that rating or not. This product amply deserves a five star rating. It is an incredible value for the price. It lasts for quite a long time. It lathers up great and has no chemical after-smell, just a light pleasant fragrance.I use a 60s safety razor and this is my go-to shaving cream.Well done Taza!

Good cream but stinks as hell!!

I expected it to smell pleasant but I was in for a surprise when I cracked it open, scent overwhelmed my poor, unsuspecting nostrils.

Nice shaving cream, very rich

I started using a double edge razor again, so it was a good time to experiment. with shaving creams. Good timing, this came up on Vine. The container is much larger than I expected, a generous amount. It did not come with instructions, my first attempt was to apply it directly to my beard. Um, don't do that. Works great by the tried and true shaving bowl and brush method, resulting in a nice thick lather. I also use a shaving oil when I shave, and this worked extremely well with the shaving cream. As a matter of fact, this works better than the Proraso cream I have been using, which I had been quite happy with. So, a good shave , improved compared to my previous shave cream, and it seems to be a good deal.No real downside here.

Great Scent, Good Lather, Smooth Shave. A little goes long way

This shaving cream reminds me of soaps and creams that I was using 15 years ago. They call it soap, but actually it is thick cream the comes in tub. This is very similar to “Rockey Mountain barber Company Shaving Cream” that I started using recently. When I used it for the first time, I felt like it is too thick and sticky and does not lather well. But, then I realized that after using shaving gels and foams for long time, I almost forgot art of shaving using this kind of creams. You need to soak hair Brush really well and take this product very little on brush and then apply and lather it. A little goes a long way and it lathers well for this type of cream. You need good hair brush such as Rocky Mountain Barber Company Shaving Brush. The younger generation who have only used foams and gels may find using this type of cream little tricky initially. The shaving with this cream applied feels very smooth and there are no razor burns. This cream also moisturizes and softens the skin.I like the fact that the cream Vegan, Cruelty-Free, Gluten-Free as well as free from nasty chemicals such as SLS, Paraben, Phthalate, and Dyes. The scent is mild but very pleasant. I really liked the scent.

Pair with a good blade for a great smooth shave. Scent was a little off-putting, though.

This is among the better shaving creams I've used. The texture is nice and smooth, and it applies easily and evenly to my wet face. It works very well, and when paired with a quality blade delivers a soft, smooth shave. The cream, once applied, needs occasional rewetting as most shaving creams do, but there's enough residue that rewetting is usually enough to make a second pass on an area. I didn't have to reapply much.I have sensitive skin, and after shaving had very little irritation. Scrapes and nicks were minimal as well.A little goes a long way, and there's a lot in the jar. I'm guessing it'll last months or more. The only thing I didn't like about this was the scent. I thought it was a bit odd and don't really care for it much. It's not so strong that it'll make me stop using the shaving cream, and to be fair the scent doesn't linger on the face after washing, so it's not a major problem. But it was a little off-putting.
